Kelsey Morales

Instructor

Kelsey Morales is Chicana and grew up outside of Denver, Colorado and spent most of her formative years in Flagstaff, Arizona. She holds a MA in Sustainable Communities and a BS in Environmental Science and Policy from Northern Arizona University. Kelsey’s background is in renewable energy systems, social justice, democratic teaching methodologies, sustainability, and Tribal climate adaptation. Kelsey also works for the Institute for Tribal Environmental Professionals (ITEP) Tribes and Climate Change Program and is adjunct faculty at Fort Lewis College in Durango, Colorado. In her free time, Kelsey organizes with various climate justice based organizations, gardens, cross country skis, and loves seeing live music.
