Helen joined the WRFI board in 2021. After growing up in the Washington DC area, the mountains of Montana called her to her permanent home. She graduated from the University of Montana with a degree in Anthropology and a few years later returned to study accounting. She got her CPA license and began her career as an auditor of non-profits and local governments. Later she worked many years as a tax preparer and then business manager for a private school. She fills her spare time with her three kids, running, hiking, berry picking, paddle boarding and as much travel as she can afford. She currently is a Finance Manager at the International Rescue Committee in Missoula, Montana.
