Kevin was born and raised in Missoula and comes from family with long ties with Montana. As an advocate for merging academia with real life work and field experiences, he works at the University of Montana coordinating academic internships. The field of International Education is his area of focus. He also serves as an affiliate faculty member of the Davidson Honors College at UM, and in the past he has worked as a wilderness ranger and for a packer in the Bob Marshall Wilderness. Kevin travels internationally for work and pleasure, and enjoys activities in the outdoors, including sailing, hiking, skiing, birding, and biking.
