Emerging from the Horseshoe by Siena Hester
As my watch alarm wakes me from my intermittent slumber, I slowly lift my head from my sleeping bag to confront the cold morning air. It is now early November,
WRFI introduced and immersed me in environments, cultures and mindsets that I’ve never been exposed to before, but that now shape how I observe the world. It instilled in me a new view of the world, and a new view of myself. The people we met, places we visited, and concepts we learned will stay with me always, and forever inspire me to continue a life in search of new knowledge and adventures.
